3 – SrI kAnta – In the anupallavi, the Lord is addressed as ‘SrI nAyaka’ – meaning vishNu; in the caraNa, vishNu Himself is called as part of Trinity. Therefore, the epithet ‘SrI nAyaka’ has been taken to indicate ‘nArAyaNa’ who is above the Trinity. It may however, be noted that in the kRti ‘nAdOpAsana’ rAga bEgaDa, SrI tyAgarAja mentions ‘nArAyaNa’ as part of Trinity – ‘Sankara, nArAyaNa, vidhulu’.
4 – bhajiyincE – This word may either be joined to ‘tyAgarAja’ or connected to the pallavi as ‘bhajiyincE Ananda sAgaramIdani janmamu’. Both versions are given.
